Seriously! I always take seconds and thirds (and more) of yummy appetizer dips and salsas, etc. One spoonful isn't really enough for ANYthing.

The "amuse bouche" was my favorite! over-used line in Top Chef last season. Every other dish was an "amuse bouche."
