I've used this stuff...have it sitting in my cabinet right now. It's not the best product on the market for this kind of thing and the color might not be totally natural for all skin tones, but it does make your skin totally tan and even. Just spray it on and rub in very well. Wait for it to dry before getting dressed. And be sure to do it in the shower. It can get kind of messy.
