Gardening Week: Sow and Grow Book
Our hero, Design Mom, turned us on to Sow and Grow. Just look at the cover of this book! The illustrations... swoon. According to Amazon the book's author, Tina Davis, has "devised a calendar of indoor-gardening and related activities, all linked to seasonal celebrations and changes: For April, she suggests planting tiny spring gardens in eggshells. For September, pressing late-summer flowers and autumn leaves. For December, decorating the house with living greenery."

Over the past year delightful innovations and introductions in the maternity and parenting space have increased, and we feel we need a space to share our discoveries with you. Daily news stories on parenting also inspire us to communicate with you. As such, the Hotspot is now the Alpha Mom daily blog. Finally!
