Have a Garage or an Estate Sale

Last weekend Brenda's mom (Brenda of Secret Agent Josephine) moved into a new house and rather than hold an estate sale on the way out of her former neighborhood, she held one at her new home.
As Brenda tells it, the most pleasant surprise was the whole family was able to meet her mom's new neighbors and they her.
